Torphes - Terms of Service

Purpose

The bot is intended for entertainment, offering creative and amusing commands.

To function correctly, the bot requires the ability to send messages, create slash commands and read message history. The last is used only while a counting command runs, to total the messages at that moment; nothing is stored afterwards.

Liability

The bot is provided “as is”, without guarantee or warranty. The owner is not responsible for any issue arising from its use, including but not limited to errors, downtime or unintended outcomes.

Availability

Efforts are made to keep the bot online and functional at all times, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.

Compliance

The bot adheres to Discord's Developer Terms of Service and Guidelines.

Changes

The owner reserves the right to update these terms. Continued use of the bot after a change indicates acceptance.
